Co-Owner and Community Association Specialist
An East Carolina University graduate with both a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an MBA, Kristy has been a licensed real-estate agent since 2006. Her background in trust-account management for Greenville law firms honed the financial acumen she now applies to covenant enforcement and HOA accounting. Known for her professionalism and personal touch, Kristy helps communities thrive with confidence and ease.
Tracey Ayers
Co-Owner and Community Association Specialist
Tracey Ayers is an experienced real estate professional and co-owner of ENC-HOA, a homeowners association management company, as well as ENC Pirate Realty, Inc., based in North Carolina. With dual expertise in property management and residential real estate, Tracey specializes in delivering comprehensive services that support both community associations and individual homeowners.
Her work is defined by integrity, transparency, and a commitment to maintaining property values while fostering thriving, well-managed neighborhoods.
Kathy Price
Community Manager
Kathy brings extensive experience managing condominiums, townhomes, and single-family communities.
From budgeting and ownership accounting to vendor bidding and compliance monitoring, she ensures each association operates smoothly while fostering open, effective communication between residents and boards.

As your Community Manager, I’m here to make every neighborhood I serve feel supported, connected, and well‑cared‑for. I work closely with homeowners, boards, and vendors to keep things running smoothly, answer questions quickly, and help resolve issues with fairness and respect. My goal is to create a positive experience for all our communities — a place where residents feel heard, standards are upheld, and everyone can enjoy a safe, welcoming environment.
